Give it a try. It's like exercising on a hot summer day and the heat has amazing benefits to your practice. Give yourself a few classes to get used to the heat and embrace the SWEAT! Heat is 85-95 degrees, with humidity.

+ What if it's too much for me or I feel dizzy/lightheaded?

You know your body the best. Modifications and/or Child's Pose is always there for you. Your mat is a place of honoring yourself and becoming even more in tune with your physical, emotional and spiritual well being. You are encouraged to take care of yourself at each class.

+ What are the benefits of a Heated Power Vinyasa Practice and what does that even mean?

    Heat - Our heat is around 85-95 degrees with humidity unless otherwise stated in the class description.
    Power - We work our way through a vigorous practice designed to strengthen, stretch, and challenge in a way that is supported, smart and encouraging.
    Vinyasa - Vinyasa is linking breath and movement. Your breath is the vehicle to peace and meditation in your practice and ultimately gives you a tool to take off your mat and into your life.

We offer discounted rates to full time high school and college students with valid ID. We also offer discounts to police, fire and military with ID. There are class passes that reduce the per class rate.
